For Technical Teams this step includes capturing configuration requirements to setup computer system, orientation guides, walk-through of systems, processes, procedures.

Go Live
For Customer support projects, once we have dotted all the I’s and crossed all the t’s its time to launch Go-Live. The project Go-Live starts the feedback and performance monitoring cycle to continuously improve the team performance.

Technical Team project Go-Live is the day when the team member start working with the client or starts working with the existing team in Europe.
